Wich SSD is better?

Hello,

I would like to buy a M2 ssd for my PC and i am stuck between 2 SSDs:

1.Samsung 960 EVO Series 250GB PCI Express x4 M.2 2280
2.Plextor M8SeG Series 256GB PCI Express 3.0 x4 M.2 2280

My current motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming.

If you have any other recomandations please let me know.

I've noticed that some people say that Plextor has a higher life span. Is that true?

Nobody for home usage can actually proof how long an SSD can really survive.
I have an old Crucial M4 128GB from 2011 or 2012, it is still alive an kick ass until now.
I do have 2 broken HDDs, which I bough in 2014. HDD was theoretically suppose to live forever.
