Widows 10 sending me to desktop

I just recently upgraded to windows 10 and i find myself once every hour randomly being sent to the desktop until i found out it did it at the 36 minute of every hour and i cant find out what program is doing it and i need help.

Its happens when i'm playing games on steam

Right-click the bar across the bottom and select Task Manager. Click the Startup tab and make sure that everything is DISABLED. Restart your computer. Play your games, do what you do, does it still occur? If NO, then one of those programs is taking focus. If YES, then you may want to disable non-system services from MSCONFIG.
