Question WIERD ACCELERATION WINDOWS 10

Hi to all!

I purchased a Pc on November 2023 and it was really nice to play Counter Strike 2 on it.

After 4 months all of a sudden my pc felt very fast with no explanation. I can’t aim now at any game because the feeling is not 1:1 its feels very fast.

My specs are:

I’ve tried everything, reset windows, updating bios etc. I also got my PC RMA and the told me it is normal (they don’t do nothing related to gaming) and send it back.

Any help please? I have a tournament in a month and I can’t still play normally because it’s very fast.

Also display speed as they peek me really really fast and I have 0 time to react.

Also the movement is not let’s say centered it’s like floating, but not only the mouse, all the feeling included keyboard.

No, also on desktop. When the pc was alright with 400 DPI it travelled slowly through the screen because 400 DPI is low. All of windows mouse settings are okay and enhanced is off too. Now it travels very fast like being accelerated or lagging.

I currently have a Zowie FK2-C with no software but last was a G Pro Hero and still had this problem.

Okay, set in 800dpi. Set the windows mouse speed to the 2nd or 3rd notch, then test again.

I tried but it feels fast also, obviously when lowering it it’s slower but still feels off.

I tried also and no result. It’s like I have huge latency.

Yes. 3 different mice and all the same. I think it’s a latency issue.

That is really odd. Have you any other software that manages performance on CPU/GPU? like MSI Afterburner, MSI Dragon? Disable those and test again.

Also worth a try is to take out any other usb devices other than the mouse.

I don’t have any of these software the pc has been reseted. I only use keyboard mouse and 2,4 dongle for headphones which I tried to remove and didn’t work either.
