Wierd computer error and hang?

i put a new 6970 and coolmaster 850watt power supply into my computer and i had a couple errors and got it sorted out. it ran for the night. turned my computer off and and started it in the morning. computer worked fine for about 5 minutes. then i got these errors.

then " the instruction at 0x00000000 refered memory at 0x00000000 the memory could not be writtin

then '' the instruction at 0xf1b1722a refered memory at 0x4af9871d the memory could not be writtin.

computer crashed. when i tried to boot it the screen goes black and has all these colours at the top of the screen and sits there. i kept rebooting my computer and it kept happening so i let it sit for about 10 minutes then computer rebooted and now it works..

any ideas?

Try removing one of your RAM sticks AND turn off memory remapping. See if it helps. If it doesn't, swap the one you took out with the one still there.

i am running 2x2 sticks of xm3 ram (***) its been working fine sence. im just going to buy new ram. ive had so many errors in the past with this stuff. its not even stable at its recomended clocks lol
