Wierd "lagging" (Video Example)

Hi there,

A month ago I started noticing this weird "lagging".

Although I wouldn't call it lagging because my FPS doesn't seem to be affected. My FPS Is staying around 60. It probably has something to do with my high GPU temperature, but why am I only noticing it now.


My specs are:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K @ 4,00GHz
Graphics Card: MSI Radeon R9 290X GAMING 8G
Motherboard: ASRock B85M Pro4
RAM: 2x 8GB DDR3
HDD: WDC WD10EARS-00Y5B1 1TB
SSD: OCZ-SOLID 60GB
