Wierd memtest results

Hi guys I've recently built a new system with a Agility 3 SSD. I had some stability problems so ive updated my bios and all the drivers it got rid of my original BSOD problems but i now occasional get

When i tried to run memtest86 to check the memory i left it on for 9 hours while i was at work and returned to this.

I've not used memtest in a long while but im pretty sure that's not normal unless some things changed?

was hoping you guys could shed some light on this

The first one is from a Network adapter driver conflict.
Read a lot about the drivers for your network adapter and choose the most stable one to be used with your OS.

Your memtest screen looks like the stuff is heating up.
Check temps and paste a screenshot here.

The first one may be a bad driver or a rootkit or thermal problem try running tdsskiller and see if it finds anything if not download the newest driver from the motherboard mfg and install.
Check your temps.
