Question Wierd Monitor Behavior

So i bought a used samsung odyssey neo G7 Qled 240 hz and at start i worked fine still dos mostly except for a wierd issue when the pc is about to load windows when the circle appears.

there are 2 video files one with normal behavior and one with the un normal behavior, and it only happends with displayport.

My pc specs are :

Amd Threadripper 3960x

Asrock Trx40 creator "Latest Bios 1.86"

Msi Gaming Z Slim Rtx 4090 24Gb

ASUS HYPER M.2 X16 GEN 5

Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 13 1600w

1x samsung 990 pro 2Tb

2x Samsung 980 pro 2Tb

1x Samsung 850 evo ssd 2Tb

6x Seagate 4Tb

1x Toshiba 18 Tb

Corsair K100 Rgb Keybord

Logitech G903 Lightspeed

Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 Qled 240Hz 1440p Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 Qled 240Hz is a repair this is the second one at repair the first i got my money back on, both had corruption on the screen so the ssecond is in for repair for that now.

The issue dossent happend everytime as the videos states.

Ive have tried both displayports on the monitor and both displayport on my pc.

Eve tried my girls friends pc, she is running a rx 580 8Gb and it ran fine on that.

I have also tried my old Dell U2713H using also displayport and there it dossent happend with my pc on that monitor making me think its not my graphic card but then again on my girl friend pc with the g7 it dossent happend either so im at a loss here.

With hdmi everything is also good.

And games and windows runs fine temps are good

Anyone else have this issue and know how to solve it ?

did you use the same dp cable?

No i tried using 2 diffent cables both supra cables and i tried using boht in all the test.

Both cables was tried used in displayport 1 and 2 on the monitor and on display port 1 and 2 on the graphic card aswell.

also i tried using the cable that came with the monitor just an hour ago still the same also in the both displayport on the monitor and the graphic card.
