It's an industrial board, would be surprised if it has anything but rudimentary sound.

Without some hardware hacking you probably can't. Easiest thing to do is get a miniature phono jack extension cord and bring the rear connector around front. But then you'll have the poor quality motherboard audio, probably made worse by the long cord.

The better thing to do is get a USB DAC. Plug it into any USB port and get extremely high quality audio as it's completely off the motherboard and it can drive hi-impedance headphones at full volume. Costs a little more but you can move it to any future computer.

There are few PCIe x1 and couple of PCI slots so if they are not used you could get a small and cheap sound card.
