Worked fine before. Install 2 fans below gpu which touch heatsink. Moved cables around. One cpu power connecter touches heatsink from psu. Gpu screw touches cpu heatsink. Lastly secondary psu extension seems to short pc. With wall to psu no short happens and it starts fine.
