Solution
Hello Slave45776

I was wondering if you already tried Disabling Fast Boot? If not yet, doing so might be helpful.

If the suggestion doesn't work, assuming that you are using a desktop computer, you may want to clear the CMOS and see if that works. To clear the CMOS:

> Unplug your computer from the power supply.

> Open the system case.

> Pull out the CMOS battery (a round shiny battery similar to the one used in wrist watches but a bit bigger in size).

> Leave the computer alone for 45-60 minutes.

> Put the battery back in.

> Connect the power supply and start using the PC to see if the issue is resolved.

Feel free to report back if further assistance is needed.

Cheers!!
