Wierd!!

Observation from someone that's not played DAoC for 5-6 months:

My GOD it's wierd! hehehe I can trying to use commands from other games,
trying to move the way I move in other games... My cleric's QuickBars are
all different, and WOW my cleric spells are now grouped (sort of!) and I had
to redo ALL my spells - which was soooo hard as I struggled to remember what
spells were what, what they did and where they went on my QBs...

BUT - and bear in mind I don't have ToA yet - the graphics still kick arse
on everything else I've played since I stopped. I feel sooo guilty to have
left me love that was DAoC, I even gave some newbies 50 gold! My penance
will continue for a week or so until I get sick of the cry of "Givf ca$h
plz!"and go back onto Anon and ignore beggers!

Oh, and comedy moment - I remembered how to MOVE the camera, but not how to
RESET the camera! hehehe Enter much mashing of keyboard and sending out
random tells and such like!

It's soooo good to be back!

I think 'D' resets camera.

you should check up on patch notes. there have been alot of user-friendly
changes lately.

Tell me about it. After a few days in City of Heroes, I was unable to
remember how to move my character, much less attack enemies. I wish there
was some kind of standard interface for such things. Actually I wish the
CoH interface was standard, because it is extremely easy to learn. It goes
a lot faster to switch back to it than it does to DAoC, and DAoC is one of
the better I have used.
