The Wi-Fi adapter in my Lenovo Ideapad does not wok properly. My laptop keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi randomly. The Wi-Fi adapter is Realtek 8822BE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC. Device manager says it's working properly, even though it's obviously not. Device manager also says it's up to date. This is not a Wi-Fi router issue since non of my other devices have this issue. Any help?

Try this:

In Device Manager, right-click Realtek WiFi adapter and choose "Properties".

Click the "Power Management" tab.

Untick "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

Click 'OK' to save the changes.
Yes, I've tried that too. It was never ticked.
Thanks for the suggestions though. Do you have any other ideas of how to fix the problem?
I'm thinking of buying an external Wi-Fi adapter if I can't fix this.
