Hey guys, so I have recently moved into my girlfriend's house and my computer is now too far to run an Ethernet.I have an old ( probably 6 years) Belkin WiFi usb adapter that is getting me about 3 bars where I am, which just isn't cutting it for gaming. I will be moving soon and will be able to hardline shortly but in the mean time I would like a new adapter.

Needs:

Powerful enough to pull 5 bars at about 50 feet through 3 common density walls.

Cheaper is better, I'd say 50 dollar limit but cheaper is better

No limits on who to buy from as long as it fills needs, but would prefer Amazon, newegg, Wal-Mart, besybuy, someplace reputable.

I am not looking for an extender as they have been known to slow speeds, which is counter productive to my needs

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Is there somewhere to actually purchase this? Can't actually buy through asus it seems and amazon/newegg don't seem to have it.
