So being a bit of a newbie to the big scary world of PC's I need a bit of help. So, after Christmas I will be building my PC and I'm pretty sure I need a wifi adapter. I will be using the Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 Motherboard and there I will be too far away to use ethernet so I need a wifi adapter right? So I jumped onto amazon and searched it... lots of confusing names come up :/

So basically I don't know what wifi adapter I need or even if I need one at all. I can have up to 70mbps download speed if this helps finding one :)

Thanks for your time,
Sir potato

Assuming you have a free PCI slot.

I've got three computers with ASUS Wifi adapters, two with the ASUS PCE-N53 (i think that's the model), and one with a PCE-N15. Although my computer uses a wired connection now, I've never had a problem with any of them.

Sounds good! Does it matter if it is PCI or PCI-E? Is there a difference?
