Wifi adaptor help

I'm upgrading my PC and want to get a wifi adaptor. I'm tired of having an Ethernet cable run threw my house. I need one the support 5G wifi because that's what I have. But keep in mind with WiFi you'll suffer a big hit to latency, speeds, and reliability. There's a good reason every motherboard has a built-in gigabit ethernet NIC now.
