Wifi and two computers next to each other?

Two computers with Wifi 5GHz right next to each other? Would they interfere with each other if one is behind the other (relative to which direction the router is from the computers)?

In theory it shouldn't make a noticeable difference. Real world may though.

No, it will be OK. Try not to put the antennas on the two computers immediately next to each other, and try to give the antennas a little free space, but having one computer in-line (relative to the router or AP) is just fine.
