Wifi and wired connection working, But not on PC.

Hello,

This is my last resort, I tried everything and I'm hoping you guys can help me, please.

My PC's internet was working fine until I installed a new VGA on it, turned it on and see that there is no internet.

Troubleshooting usually fixes "default gateway was not avaliable" and the internet icon comes back to normal, but i still don't get any internet and then goes back to yellow after a minute.
So far I've tried:

• 
  System restore
  Reinstalling LAN motherboard drivers.
  ipconfig flushing dns commands but ipconfig/renew wouldn't work
  some netsh commands
  changing to static IP.
  

I hooked my laptop with the ethernet cable my PC is using and it worked.
So the problem must be something in the PC.
Also can't access router page.

Go into services and see if the DHCP service is running. If it isnt put it on automatic and start it

I only see DHCP client, and it is running.

Troubleshooting no longer works and it is now undentified network.

Turn your modem off for 1 min, then turn it back on. See if that fixes something

But if you uninstall the LAN drivers you wont get online

Didn't work. the internet icon didn't even disconnect (go red) it just stayed yellow.

Solved, worked after I bought an Ethernet adapter.
