Question Wifi andf bluetooth not working on newly built pc

So I recently built a new pc and everything works fine besides the wifi and the Bluetooth and I'm not sure why. Firstly I made sure it was enabled in the BIOS then when that6 failed to work I followed a bunch of youtube tutorials but none of those seemed to work. For background I have an Asus Tuf Z490 which has a built in wifi card. I also made sure to connect the antenna. In device manager "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz" shows up with a orange triangle next to it. I've tried updating it but nothings working. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I can provide any more information if needed. Also I apologize if this is wrongly formatted or anything I've never used this site before.

I wasn't aware I needed to update those, is it necessary? Every thing else is working fine.
