Hi all,
I use Bluetooth keyboard and sound bar for my desktop computer. Recently I found disconnecting and ghost typing issues with my keyboard. So I replaced the USB dongle (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ZIILLI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) with a PCI-e adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P61CK87/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).
I installed the adapter today and found WiFi works fine (which I don't need...) but I cannot get the Bluetooth adapter working. It has a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager (see attached screen shot).
What have I tried:
If I unplug the USB dongle, the Bluetooth config page shows no Bluetooth.
Please help!

What have I tried:
- Installed the driver from asus.com.
- Installed the driver through Windows 10.
- Uninstalled the driver from asus.com and re-install the driver through Windows 10.
- Uninstall the device and re-scan, re-installed the device.
If I unplug the USB dongle, the Bluetooth config page shows no Bluetooth.
