I've recently bought a keychron K2 wireless keyboard, which unfortunately doesn't come with a bluetooth dongle. Since then I have been trying to install bluetooth on my desktop, at first with a random bluetooth audio dongle which I could not get to work, and now with an m.2 wifi card (linked below). Now I just tried to install this into my pc, and it seems my motherboard (asrock phantom gaming 4s) has no antenna cables to connect to this thing at all... yet it does have an m.2 slot specifically for wifi cards. What is the purpose of this slot if it has no way to connect the antennas? if I'm just going to have to connect it to a pcie card anyway then why bother with the m.2 slot at all? is there any way I could get this working? I've installed the drivers and messed around with bluetooth settings trying to get it to work for a while now, but I cannot even turn bluetooth on since the option is missing from both settings as well as the action center... Any help is very much appreciated.
