WiFi box problem

My WiFi box keeps turning off every 20-30 min. All my devices get no signal from my box when it turns off.(All the lights go off in the box and turns itself back on) I try disconnecting the box and wait a few minutes and connect it again. Also bought a power bank for the box in case electricity stops running through. This power bank also prevents outages and surges. We had more than 3 technicians come over and said nothing seems wrong with the box, wiring and some box outside they mention. All the cables are connected (good) with electricity running through. And still no good. The box still turns off. I know we aren’t overloading the system. We could be using one device or none and it will still turn off. It’s really irritating how it turns off whenever I am playing a online game. It kicks me out of the game and says no internet. Also whenever I am online watching videos. It stops and gives a white screen with a notification of no WiFi. What can I do to solve this problem. Also my old box was a slower WiFi box but never turned off. This new box is 2 times faster but it turns off every 20-30 min. Forgot to mention ,but I try moving the box in a different location and it still turned off.

Solution
If the box seems to be doing a reboot, this often signals an heat issue. Can u believe certain boxes they didn't glue on the heatsink properly? well it happens. I suggest the following sequence:

1. Look for a new firmware update if any. Reset to factory, reconfigure settings, pray.
2. If above no good, open box, try to wiggle the heatsink, it shoud be solid, no play. Run it like normal, and after a while touch the heatsink, it's normally warm but not scolding. If u have one of those nifty IR thermometer, it should register bellow 70c. If hot, put a fan on it, still dies?

Have fun troubleshooting.

p.s. if this is an ISP's supplied router, is THEIRS responsibility.
