HI,

I've just completed a build of a new system using a ASRock Fatal1ty X299 Professional Gaming i9 XE motherboard with an Intel i9 7980xe CPU. I've Installed Windows 10 Pro and all relevant ASRock drivers off their website. Although the Windows 10 Device manager reports the Intel 3168 WiFi module is present it will does not report the correct driver version. More importantl,y I cannot turn on the Wi-Fi radio, it seems disabled. I've looked at the ASRock Store Driver update page and the latest version of the Bluetooth driver does not install either. It reports a previous version.
I've uninstalled both Wifi & BT driver and re-installed them with no joy. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Phillip,

Thanks. but the previous reply was

"Hi, Try right click in device manager and update. Browse the folder with the ASRock drivers"

So, my reply to that was that I don't know where to browser to find the actual driver files that the installer placed on my computer. This was in order to force the Windows Device Manager to update my driver as the installer didn't.
