wifi connection dropping

Hello all. I'm having a trouble with my wifi network. Internet keeps on dropping and I can't find the issue. I'm using qualcomm atheros AR5B93 wireless network adapter. I've tried different drivers, but that didn't help.

Here is the pic of throughput while watching live stream video. It suddenly dropped, then raised, and dropped again. https://postimg.org/image/8dvlgd3nd/

no, but other pc works well
