Question WiFi connection issues Win10

Oct 7, 2019
I'm having some strange internet issues on my PC but have been unable to fix them myself. Every couple minutes the connection will drop for a second or so, before returning to normal. I've downloaded a ping monitoring software to show you guys what its doing.

In case it's not clear, the connection drops just before each spike.

I've seperated my 2.4 and 5GHz WiFi connections to make sure it's not switching between the two, and also put the 5GHz connection (which I use) on a channel with no interference. On another PC which is connected via ethernet I can't see the same issue, so I'm pretty sure it's my WiFi specifically. My internet's never been amazing, but this is new and doesn't seem to be fixing itself.

I've made sure everything is up to date, network adapter drivers and all, and the automatic checker thinks it's fine. I've got no idea what else to check.

I'm not sure what info will be relevant to whoever can help, but my specs are as follows;

Network Adapter: Asus PCE-AC56
CPU: I7-6800k
GPU: GTX1080
RAM: 32Gb
MoBo: Asus X99-E ATX
PSU: EVGA 650W G2 Gold

Any help would be appreciated, thanks all!
