wifi connection problem

Solution
Assuming you are connecting to a home wifi network. If so, your phone will connect to your wifi router that is powered up, however it doesn't mean your router has an internet connection. As plaintuts stated above, check other devices for connectivity to ensure something on your network can connect to the internet. If you don't have connection, then you'll need to trouble shoot your modem/router (first start with a power cycle of unplugging the power to reboot). If you do have internet connection with another device, you'll need to disconnect the wifi in the phone (forget network) and then re-enter the wifi password. If no connection still, try to see if it will connect to a free wifi hotspot (i.e. Starbucks). If yes, then you have...
