I'm posting this thread for my friend where his laptop couldn't find any WiFi connection, his laptop is a Lenovo V14 G4, and began having issues with the WiFi recently, we tried to Troubleshoot it and ended up just telling us to restart the laptop, and we tried checking for Malware and we haven't found anything that's tampering with the WiFi, we also tried starting up safe mode, it ended up with the WiFi disappearing, he had his laptop for 4 years and now just having this issue, would deeply appreciate the help.

Here are some pictures we took as we tried to fix it.

This is the laptop

On your friend's computer look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be caputuring some wifi or network related error codes, warnings, or informational events.

Also double check that only one network adapter is enabled on the laptop. If using a wireless connection then the wired network adapter should be disabled. Or vice versa.

Run "ipconfig /all" without quotes via the Command Prompt. Copy and paste the full results and post here.
