hi

My laptop recently started picking up my old Wifi network/passwords from my previous address from 5 years ago. The old WiFi doesn't exist anymore, I haven't been near my previous address, the laptop is not the same one from 5 years ago, and it was a different provider. If you dont know...would you have any idea who could help with this?

Wifi router from your old location may have been relocated to somewhere nearby.

Can you show any screenshots? (upload to imgur.com and post link)
How exactly are you determining, this (accented statement in bold) is happening?

Your laptop can only "pick up" actively broadcasting networks.

What you may be seeing are saved networks that were used previously.

Are you using a Microsoft account to access your current laptop (and were you using with your previous laptop)?
