Wifi disabled on each startup

Hi,

I have a 3 years old laptop (motherboard pegatron A15) that has the atheros ar5b95 wireless card. At some point I opened the laptop and I disconnected the wireless card and then connected it again.
Now every time I boot up the laptop wifi is disabled and I need to press Fn+F2 keys to enable it again. This happens on multiple operating systems(windows, mac, linux). Does anybody know how to fix it? I have checked it and everything is connected correctly.

Yep, it has an option that says 'if set to locked wireless lan will be disabled' and it is currently configured as 'UnLock'
