[SOLVED] WiFi Dongle keeps getting disconnected

Hi everyone,
I recently bought a new motherboard for my brother's computer. It's a P7P55D LE and I have connected a WiFi on the back on the mobo. However, randomly the motherboard will disconnect the dongle although the other USB devices such as mouse and keyboard are still connected. I am not sure on why this is happening and I hope someone can help.

Find the device in Control Panel/Device Manager and check the power savings settings. Windows may be disabling to save power.

Hi,
The problem seems to not have been fixed. Once the internet disconnects, the wifi adapter is no longer visible on the device manager of the computer.

What is the make/model of the wi-fi device? USB wi-fi devices can get quite hot, causing all sorts of issues.
