WiFi dongles not connecting

I have 3 wifi dongles to accompany the onboard wlan (in a hotel, I use Speedify VPN for teaming all of them). The network is pretty shady and has a lot if issues. But beyond this, there is another thing.
Not just that they don't connect sometimes for who knows what reason. They stop trying to connect.
They are set to connect automatically, network is in range, but they're not connecting. I click on the network name, click on Connect, then a few minutes later, I return there, not connected and not even trying to. Why don't they keep trying continuously ?

I'm staff, and we don't control anything about that network. They don't refuse to connect all the time. It's a random behaviour. I just don't understand why they don't stay stuck in an attempt loop.

Try changing the modem's channel. If you're using 2.4 ghz. There maybe interference somewhere?? If there are other wifi networks around

Also make sure it's password protected and youre using WPA2 or better

There is just another network. Don't know how to change the channel. Anyway the dongles use the best channel available. Still, the question is not why they don't connect. I would understand that. But why don't they keep trying to connect, that's the thing. I can't return once in a few minutes to click the connect button again...
