[SOLVED] WiFi / Downloading problems

Recently my WiFi has started not working correctly. Sometimes it will work normally, with me getting 4mb/s download and multiple devices connected at once. However sometimes I'll start a download and it will only get around 500kb/s download and for all other devices the WiFi completely stops working (but you can still connect).
This is really frustrating so any help would be great.

Do a channel scan and see if a nearby source of RF is causing interference. Move to a different channel.
