Wifi driver install blocked

I recently switched to an ssd and added more ram to my dell inspiron 11 3148 but it doesn't have wifi drivers any more, when i tried to install the drivers it just says install blocked

Have you tried running a malware and a virus check? Booted to safe mode and tried installing the drivers? Is it a clean install of Win? what version?
