Question WiFi Extremely Slow on one computer and very fast on other devices.

Hi, so recently we've moved into a rental whilst our house is being renovated. Until Wednesday I have to use next doors WiFi due to the landlord turning off the broadband a couple weeks before we arrived and so on Wednesday BT will come round and install a router for us. I've situated myself in the closest room to their house and where their router is though every device (phone, PC, tablet etc.) apart from my PC has very fast WiFi.

OS: Windows 10

Yes I have tried updating the drivers on my wireless adapter and they are up to date.
