Using Windows 10, I'm trying to connect my laptop to my phone for wifi. When I click on the Windows globe icon in the task tray, it redirects me to this URL: metrobyt-mobile.com but doesn't proceed to that page. This started after I followed this guy's instruction: (middle) video http://techcron.blogspot.com/p/microsoft.html?m=0. I need help to clear tbe problem so I can connect to my phone as hotspot. Thank you very much in advance.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt and post the results. (You should be able to use copy and paste without needing to retype it all.)

Uninstall and reinstall the computer's network adapter drivers. Reconfigure as necessary.
