Please refer to the attached photo.
House A and B are only 20 feet apart from each other.

I am using this Wireless adapter Model: UA600 from Amped and getting the following signals

Wireless Standard: 802.11n (Backwards compatible w/ 802.11b/g)
Frequency Band: 2.4 GHz
Wireless Speed: 300Mbps (Rx), 150Mbps (Tx)
Wireless Amplifier Power: 600mW
Wireless Output Power: Up to 29dBm
Wireless Sensitivity: -95dBm
Antennas:
1 x Detachable High Gain 5dBi Antenna
1 x Reverse SMA Connector

Signals I am getting :

in my room: -80 dBm
just behind window of A: -73 dBm
Just Outside window of A: -65 dBm
Just outside the Window of B: -50 dBm
Router in B is on channel 11 which is not shared and no one in this area is using it. means, no overlapping and co sharing or channel.

Now, which Cable, connectors, Antenna, to use to get best signal from B to A.
thanks.

Solution
Wire one half of this into the network in each house. Point them toward each other. The 5Ghz link will be less congested than the 2.4Ghz. Then In house B, tie the Engenius to a wireless access point to provide 2.4Ghz coverage.
