Wifi hotspot created and connected but no internet access

Hello!!! Iam using Reliance Netconnect+ as My internet source .. I tried to share internet by creating wifi hotspot using mhotspot , connectify and even through cmd..The problem is that wifi hotspot is created and connected but there is no internet access on my android mobile.. I have done the following
1)Internet and sharing -->change adapter settings-->RelianceNetconnect+-->properties-->Sharing.
2) Internet and sharing -->change adapter settings-->Wireless Network 2-->Ipv4-->Obtain Ip address automatically.
3) Checked antivirus firewall.
Please find me a solution to this ....

Do you have acer or which laptop?
Because most of the acers have a similar problem!
