wifi installation difficulty

My wifi can't detect networks and I tried finding ma wifi card @ device manager, network but there wasn't anything ...I had three other devices not installed so I figured it may be one of them them so I used my modem to search for drivers unfortunately couldn't find any am stuck pls help me

It would help if you included some further information, machine/motherboard model and OS version.

It sounds like you have not installed the wireless adapter driver, which you can download from the motherboard/adapter/or computer manufacturer support homepage using another computer then move it to your machine on a USB stick. You can also get all the other device drivers there too.
