My laptop is on windows 8.1. This morning when i started using computer, suddenly there no internet option. When i used troubleshoot, it says something like 'plug an ethernet cable into this computer"
The problem is, i dont use ethernet nor do i have one. I had been searching the internet for a lot of ways but i still cant find one to fix my problem. Theres no wireless adapter in the device manager. So uninstall and reinstall again doesnt work. In the control panel - network connections. It only shows ethernet and theres no sign of wifi. Restarting the laptop does not work either. The wifi works for other devices at home.
I went to the Asus website and download the wireless driver,install it to my laptop, but still nothing shows up
my model is Asus X450LC
Honestly, i face this issue last year. But i forgot how i fix it that time. I remember finding a post on the internet and follow its steps. But now, I cant find it back.
