[SOLVED] wifi issues

My wifi is very confusing. I game and my ping and wifi speed is very important to me. but I've been having some issues for the past months. My wifi speed on days always changes. One day its 300 mbs the next day its capped at 10 mbs. Sometimes I can get it to fix by uninstalling my wifi adapter and reinstalling it, but sometimes it doesn't work and that's the issue right now. Last night I was getting around 400 mbs and now Im getting 10 mbs. It happens from time to time and its very annoying.

PC, Not far away from my router right next to it, 5ghz connection.

the same problem happened. yesterday I was at 400 mb/s and now this morning its at 0.8 mb/s it makes no sense

USB adapters often get quite hot and this can lead to performance issues. Are you connecting to one of your rear panel (connected to motherboard) or front panel USB ports?
