Question Wifi not work on pc

I was trying to use my mobile internet on my windown 10 pc with usb ..it shows internet connected but internet dont work on PC...then i tries with mobile hotspot still internet not working on My PC.

My wifi modem internet work well on my pc..
But mobile internet dont work..nor hotspot nor usb.

Then i tried connexting another device to my mobile hotspot and internet works..

Please help me what to do..

My pc is window 10
And mobile is redmi note 7 pro

On your Windows 10 PC verify that only one network adapter (either wired or wireless) is enabled.

It appears that you wish to use wireless connectivity. So you need to disable the wired network adapter.

Try running the built in Windows 10 troubleshooter. The troubleshooter may find and fix something.
