I'm currrently using two Totolink A2004NS routers with one of the routers being the main router and another connected through a LAN cable, which acts as a repeater. I've disabled NAT functionality on the second router so that it acts purely as a repeater. However, when my devices switch from the WIFI of the second router to that of the Main router I am able to connect to the WIFI but there is no internet connection, this lasts about 5-10 minutes before it starts working again. Has anyone encountered this problem before or know the solution?

Solution
You like have the DHCP function enabled on the second router. If the wifi switches too quickly it may keep IP addresses from the second router.

You want to run the second router as a AP.
