When you boot your computer press whatever key the screen says to press to enter the bios (usually the Del key). Then navigate the bios menus to find the entries for wifi and bluetooth and if necessary set them to Enabled; save and exit the bios. How do I check if Wifi and bluetooth are enabled?

Do you have an ethernet cable connected? Since ethernet supersedes wifi you would only have access to wifi when the ethernet cable is disconnected since you don't need wifi when you have ethernet. This is all I see. View: https://imgur.com/a/9CFdedr
