If you open the Device Manager and look under the Network Adapters tab does it show any devices; if so which ones and do the devices Properties indicate that they are working properly. Also does your motherboard's bios indicate that wifi and bluetooth are enabled?

How do I check if Wifi and bluetooth are enabled?

Network Adapters:
Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller
Wan Miniport (IKEv2)
Wan Miniport (IP)
Wan Miniport (IPv6)
Wan Miniport (L2TP)
Wan Miniport (Network Monitor)
Wan Miniport (PPPOE)
Wan Miniport (PPTP)
Wan Miniport (SSTP)

When you boot your computer press whatever key the screen says to press to enter the bios (usually the Del key). Then navigate the bios menus to find the entries for wifi and bluetooth and if necessary set them to Enabled; save and exit the bios.
