My internet has been working fine for the past 2 years or so until last Monday when it suddenly didn't work for PCs.
Android phones seem to work perfectly fine. It can connect and use the internet.
PC can connect but switches between no internet to internet in the windows UI and only seems to work for 2 minutes or so before stopping.
No settings from the PC or the router have been changed. It just started being strange on Monday.

The devices that connect but don't work are:
2 windows pc
1 windows laptop
2 ipads
(All connected through wifi)

All phones on the network are Android and they all work fine.

Solution
Sounds like an isp issue--I would call them and see if they are having issues. They should be able to run an internal ping to your router/modem and see the same packet loss.
I did a complete reset of the router because restarting it wasn't working.
The internet seems to be working a lot longer between disconnect intervals. But it just broke down again after an hour or so.

These are the results that came in from the wifi connected pc.

Total Packet Loss: 1.34%
Upload Packet Loss: 0.00%
Download Packet Loss: 1.34%
Late Packet Rate: 0.00%

Average Latency: 14.91ms
Average Jitter: 5.17ms

Test Settings:
Duration: 10 seconds
Frequency: 15 pings/second
Average Size: 220 bytes
Acceptable Delay: 200ms

Again I restarted the router. Hopefully this time the connection stays up. But I'm unsure if the problem has been solved yet because others on my network said that they have disconnected or dropped connectivity.
