wifi PCI-E add-on

Switching from Ethernet cable to Wifi. The Cable is inconvenient for me. What PCI-E wifi add-on would you recommend?

Well There's limitation of wire length, gotta be careful of not tripping over wire, watch for any possible cable damage.

My cable goes out my window to my basement window and my window crushes the wire every time i close it. it's only matter of time before it breaks. I also have an excess amount of cable length.
