Wifi problem with phones

my mobile connected to wifi but cannot access internet, but if i use another wifi i can access internet . i have a lot of phones (lumia , iphone , galaxy ) and i can't connect with my JAZZTEL router

Does your router support wireless N or only wireless G ? Do you have WPA2 and AES set for the security, do you have the SSID broadcast enabled?

I don't know if my router support wireless N or only wireless G . and yeah i have WPA and AES as a security option .
