Wifi Problems with my Desktop

I tripped over my headset chord one day and my entire desktop tipped over. Now its like the wifi card is ignoring the antenna. It has crappy wifi reception when it used to have excellent reception. I cleaned off the end and screwed it back in and no signal change. All the other devices in my house connect fine so I am positive its something wrong with the desktop. What could I do to fix this?

If you are lucky, the wifi card is just not seated properly, take the side panel off & check. You also may have broken something knocking it over.
