I just built a brand new computer with no drivers, no anything. The monitor turns on and everything works EXCEPT the wifi. I got a cheap wifi adapter that I'm using, but everytime I plug it in it works for a minute or so and then the wifi for ONLY the desktop becomes "limited." Does anyone have any solutions? I can't download the drivers or anything since I don't have wifi. Should I download them on a different computer onto a flash drive and bring them over? I have little experience with this stuff and really need help. Thanks.

Solution
yes download your drivers to a flash drive and then install them to your pc.
First you want your motherbds drivers, available at the manufacturers support site.
Graphics drivers would be next followed by your other devices like your wfi adapter
