Wifi receiver for pc

I have a gaming PC in one room and my,internet connection is in the other. The internet connection provides 75mbps over 5ghz.

What could I use to get close to the same speed on my PC ?
I mostly play FIFA online.

What do you have in the room with your "internet connection"?

Router, switch, wall port?

Is wireless the only option acceptable with respect to your gaming PC?

Router --- Cat 5e Ethernet cable ---> Gaming PC is likely to be the fastest option.

Next would be Ethernet over Powerline Adapters. (Caveat: depends on your home electrical circuits.)

Wireless is likely to drag down internet speeds. No matter what you use.
