Wifi router prblm

I have a sterlite router. It is producing 4 networks. Only one is secure. On the router's setting page, i cant see any option to hide all the other unsecured networks or even to make them secure. what should i do?

i think its firmware is up to date. And yes it is supplied by an ISP!

because usually those type of routers cannot be updated.
anyway, have you tried contacting your isp?

are people able to access your internet using those networks? try connecting to them, they might be public wifi hotspots that your router gives to people subscribed to your isp.
