Question WiFi Router to another router without a cable?

I want to have a WiFi Router on a second level from the main router that is connected to the Modem. Do I use a Mesh or do I just bridge the 2. I need ports on both levels but unable to run a cable to the other router. The router I am trying to add is Netgear RAX70.

Maybe try to ask again using a simpler description of what you are attempting to do.

You are using fancy marketing words like mesh and pod that really have no meaning other than as hype words in advertising.
